OIM Developer

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle Identity Manager solutions for identity lifecycle
• Design and implement OIM workflows, adapters, connectors, reconciliation jobs, provisioning
• Integrate enterprise apps with IAM platforms using APIs and integration patterns.
• Support onboarding of new applications into the identity ecosystem and create custom identity
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, provisioning, app integration, and middleware issues
• Document architecture, deployment procedures, and operational materials; participate in testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or related field.
• 7+ years with Oracle Identity Management solutions.
• Hands-on with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and SOA-based environments.
• Strong Java development and enterprise integration experience; experience with workflows
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and onboarding.
