Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while establishing strong engineering practices
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams to define and deliver scalable technical
• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern
• Design systems for high availability, performance, security, scalability, and zero-downtime
• Own backend technical direction and roadmap decisions for long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Strengthen system reliability through testing, monitoring, observability, incident management, and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership or
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and backend frameworks such as NestJS or Express.js.
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, backend services, and
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging systems; Kafka is a plus.
