Engineering Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Lead a full-stack Growth Pod (4 engineers, PM, designer, data scientist).
• Own team roadmap, drive execution, and shape culture and processes.
• Review PRs, contribute to architecture, and stay close to code.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to deliver product outcomes.
• Report to VP of Engineering and manage health and growth of the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed a team of at least three engineers for more than a year.
• Grew engineers, including senior ICs and early-career folks; able to have hard performance
• Experience in a high-performing product organization with engineers owning product outcomes.
• Operated with ambiguity and limited resources (startup or internal carve-out).
• Used AI coding tools seriously in the past year; can leverage them without shipping slop.
• Hands-on; you write code, review it, and influence system design.
