Manager, Material Review and Promotion

📋 Description

• Role located in Mettawa, IL or Irvine, CA.
• Manage Advertising & Promotional materials for U.S. MRP.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and agencies.
• Oversee material status and MRP timelines; provide training on MRP.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track project progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Project Management or equivalent.
• Subject matter expert in material review processes and systems.
• Strong Veeva experience; print and digital format know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; pharma/marketing/advertising experience a plus.
