Senior Product Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Own benefits infrastructure strategy and unified, provider-agnostic benefits administration
• Roadmap integrations with carriers, benefits platforms, brokers, and HR systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Handle migrations and integrations affecting payroll, retirement, and data flow from HR systems.
• Establish testing, reconciliation, and go-live processes with Engineering and Ops teams.
• Develop consistent benefits experiences across EO, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and
• Strong product strategy with ability to translate challenges into roadmaps.
• Provider-agnostic mindset for brokers, carriers, HRIS, and external providers.
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code, able to build/debug prototypes.
• Technical fluency on data-mapping, synchronization, and migration sequencing.
• Ability to design for humans and systems (APIs, integrations, tooling).
