📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations with BOM to deliver guest experiences
• Step in to run bakery when BOM is away
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Crew members
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Help create schedules and manage labor

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership in retail/restaurant/hospitality
• Experience coaching hourly team members
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, team environment
• Hands-on leadership, willing to work in bakery roles
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain food safety certs
