Lead Accountant (US Accounting)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end close and financial reporting.
• Monitor daily cash and 13-week cash forecast.
• Review expenses and maintain financial controls.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain finance policies and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years accounting experience with US-based companies.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and reporting experience.
• Experience converting cash to accrual and GAAP cleanup.
• Proven month-end close ownership from start to finish.
• Cash forecasting experience from scratch.
• Strong QuickBooks skills.
