🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product analytics in consumer-facing, high-growth envs.
• Proven ability to identify questions, frame problems, and communicate insights without specs.
• Influence product strategy with data-driven insights.
• Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and power analysis.
• Daily use of AI tools within analytics workflows; know where AI accelerates vs. needs human
• Strong SQL and data logic skills; able to handle complex datasets.
