📋 Description
- Own the finance and accounting function end-to-end
- Prepare financial statements and support audits
- Supervise accounting personnel and scalable processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, tax coordination, and reporting
- Identify data anomalies and enforce controls
- HR/PEO admin liaison for payroll, onboarding/offboarding
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years professional accounting experience
- GAAP compliance and multi-entity consolidation
- Experience leading or supporting audits and tax matters
- Strong accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Excellent communication, hands-on, strategic yet tactical
