📋 Description
- AI fabric architecture: Design, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics for distributed AI
- AI performance optimization: Analyze GPU communication, optimize east-west traffic, latency
- Datacenter networking: Own L2/3 with BGP, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN, VLAN/VRF, OVS/OVN, Linux networking
- Security and edge connectivity: North-south connectivity, WAF protections, TLS termination, DDoS
- Inter-datacenter networking: Private connectivity, dark/metro-fiber rings, high-capacity WAN, DWDM
- End-to-end delivery: Lead architecture and deployment from lab validation to production rollout.
🎯 Requirements
- Network engineering experience: Large-scale datacenter networks, expert in BGP, OSPF, ECMP
- AI networking expertise: Designing high-performance GPU fabrics with RoCE/RDMA.
- GPU communication knowledge: NCCL patterns (all-reduce, all-gather, broadcast, reduce-scatter) and
- RoCE optimization: Tuning RoCE fabrics, PFC/ECN, diagnosing NCCL stalls, RDMA congestion, hotspots
- Production infrastructure: High-speed Ethernet, NVIDIA/Mellanox platforms, high-performance
- Systems troubleshooting: Cross-layer debugging across hardware, firmware, Linux/kernel networking
