📋 Description

• 15-month structured on-the-job training in Biologics Manufacturing
• Support cGMP operations for biologics drug substance
• Work across upstream, downstream or central services areas
• Assist with batch documentation and schedule adherence
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Learn compliance, quality systems and safe operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
• Keen understanding of cGMP and regulatory manufacturing basics
• Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team
