Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage Technical relations after the point of sale for da Vinci systems in an assigned territory
• Coordinate Pre-site planning and installation with customers
• Schedule planned/unplanned visits to ensure uptime and reliability
• Assess functionality and repair Intuitive Surgical products autonomously
• Provide feedback to Product Support/Engineering on enhancements
• Train customers on technical aspects and provide technical support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in engineering or applied science preferred
• 3-7 years experience as Field Service Engineer
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal and administrative skills
• Knowledge of Operating Room protocol
• Willing to travel up to 25%; able to lift 37 kgs
