• 3+ years of Product Design in fintech or regulated domains
• Portfolio showing interaction design and systems thinking
• Experience with multi-platform design systems
• Ability to decide quickly, cohesively, at scale
• Resourcefulness and hands-on mindset
• Fluency with AI and latest design tools
