Staff Network Engineer (AI Fabric, Datacenter and Edge Networking) - Radian Arc

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics for distributed AI workloads (RoCE, RDMA
• Optimize AI performance: east-west traffic, latency, throughput, reliability
• Own Layer 2/3 datacenter networking (BGP, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN, VLAN/VRF, OVS/OVN, Linux)
• Design north-south security/connectivity, TLS termination, DDoS mitigation, gateway infra
• Inter-datacenter networking: private connectivity, dark-fiber, inter-site BGP
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure delivery from architecture to production rollout

🎯 Requirements

• Network engineering experience in large-scale datacenters; expert in BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN
• AI networking expertise for GPU fabrics and RoCE/RDMA
• Strong NCCL knowledge and GPU communication patterns
• RoCE optimization, including PFC/ECN and diagnosing congestion issues
• Production infra experience with high-speed Ethernet and NVIDIA/Mellanox gear
• Systems troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, Linux/kernel networking
