Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience

📋 Description

• Own the core learner platform experience across students, alumni, engineers, and partner learners.
• Translate learning objectives into a prioritized product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, prototyping, requirements, analysis, and delivery.
• Own AI-assisted learner experiences end to end, including AI tutoring and AI grading from prototype
• Determine where AI accelerates learning and where human interaction is essential for motivation and
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, Engineering, and other stakeholders to support live

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management with live products used by customers or learners.
• Experience scaling a product while maintaining quality, engagement, and outcomes as adoption grows.
• Strong AI-native practices showing how AI accelerates product workflow (prototyping, analysis
• Experience with engagement/retention/learning metrics being primary success factors.
• Strong product judgment with ability to defend strategic bets and make trade-offs under pressure.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-changing environments and structure complex problems.
