Global Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll ops across countries and entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage calendars, off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and year-end processes.
• Coach and develop Payroll Analysts and Senior Analysts.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels with corrective actions as needed.
• Support system consolidation, HRIS integrations, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRIS/IT on testing, data validation, and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field; CPP preferred.
• 7–10 years payroll exp., multi-state/global exp. preferred.
• 3–5 years leading payroll teams, coaching and motivating staff.
• Experience with payroll implementations, system consolidations, HRIS integrations, automation
• Working knowledge of platforms: Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, SAP, HRIS, timekeeping.
• Strong SOX, payroll compliance, internal controls, audits.
