Biotechnologist Trainee - Attach and Train Program

📋 Description

• 15-month structured on-the-job training in AbbVie Singapore Biologics
• Support cGMP manufacturing ops for biologics in quality/compliance
• Work across upstream, downstream or central services streams
• Assist with batch docs and rectify documentation errors
• Support shifts, troubleshoot, report anomalies
• Maintain inventory and plant readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (fresh grads welcome)
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory manufacturing requirements a plus
• Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team
