Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Park City

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Manage shipments, receiving, floor replenishment, and visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move product flow, assist guests, and support stockroom and store operations.
• Partner with Ops & Visual Management to implement company directives and initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer service and operational execution to meet business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Part-Time, up to 30 hours/week; ability to work during Blackout period (Thanksgiving into January).
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Active collaboration with store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
