Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and framing problems to
• Shape the design strategy for a two-sided marketplace, balancing creator needs with consumer needs.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences, including conversational interfaces, curation journeys
• Connect product systems and experiences, understanding how community, creator, content, engagement
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas and bridge design
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs aligned with goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products and multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience with supply-side and consumer dynamics.
• Experience owning a product area at senior or lead level with autonomy.
• Strong experience with 0→1 product development from exploration to launch.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery including search, ranking, recommendations, engagement
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or
