• Roast coffee to schedule and sensory profiles
• Operate & maintain Coffee Roasting Machines
• Work with teams to ensure timely roasts
• Minimise wastage and follow safety protocols
• Occasional paid overtime may be offered

🎯 Requirements

• Team player with attention to detail
• Willing to do repetitive work
• Passion for coffee and Campos roasting style
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Physically fit to lift up to 24 kg
• AU working rights with unlimited rights
