- High-impact staff networking role for AI fabric, datacenter and edge networking.
- Architect, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics for distributed AI workloads (RoCE, RDMA
- Lead AI performance optimization for east-west traffic, latency, throughput, and reliability.
- Own Layer 2/3 datacenter networking with BGP, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN, VLAN/VRF, OVS/OVN, Linux networking.
- Design north-south connectivity, WAF protections, TLS termination, DDoS mitigation, gateway infra.
- Oversee inter-datacenter networking, private connectivity, DWDM, inter-site BGP, redundancy.
🎯 Requirements
- Network engineering: large-scale datacenter networks, BGP/OSPF/ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN.
- AI networking: GPU fabrics, RoCE/RDMA, high-performance interconnects.
- GPU communication: NCCL patterns (all-reduce, all-gather, etc.) and network implications.
- RoCE optimization: PFC/ECN, NCCL stalls, RDMA congestion, fabric hotspots.
- Production infrastructure: high-speed Ethernet, NVIDIA/Mellanox hardware, optics.
- Systems troubleshooting: cross-layer issues across hardware, firmware, Linux, distributed apps.
