Court Reporter Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Execute outreach to prospective court reporters identified by leadership through phone calls, text
• Move prospective reporters through recruitment from initial contact to active network partner.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for prospective reporters, answering questions and providing
• Follow-up with prospects who have not responded, maintaining warm, professional communication.
• Support onboarding activities and help ensure smooth transition into the network.
• Record outreach activity, prospect status, and information in CRM systems like HubSpot and Zendesk.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, business development, or professional
• Experience as a court reporter or within legal services is a strong plus.
• Confident, personable communication by phone, text, and email.
• Persistent, warm, candidate-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot and Zendesk experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
