📋 Description

• Work with clients and technical teams to understand challenges, define approaches, analytical
• Gather and communicate complex business requirements via interviews, workshops, and structured
• Design business processes and system modifications; translate requirements into technical specs and
• Identify opportunities to improve activities and processes with analyzed recommendations.
• Develop BRDs, user stories, process docs, and materials to support solution delivery.
• Design complex test scenarios; oversee testing to ensure alignment with requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• At least 1 year on AI projects within the insurance domain.
• Experience in health insurance industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Fundamentals of BA, including requirements-to-solution translation and UAT.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience; proven agile prioritization across epics, stories, and sprints.
