Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end marketplace discovery and design direction.
• Shape strategy for a two-sided marketplace (creators and consumers).
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences, including personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products and complex multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior or lead level.
• Strong experience with 0→1 product development and ambiguity handling.
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or equivalents).
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong design systems thinking.
