Biotechnologist Trainee - Attach and Train Program

📋 Description

• Support cGMP manufacturing operations for biologics drug substance.
• Depending on area, assist upstream activities (vial thaw, inoculation, cell culture, recovery).
• Or assist downstream activities (chromatography, filtration, ultrafiltration, final filling).
• Execute assigned manufacturing operations, including equipment cleaning and setup.
• Complete and review batch documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support shift operations, troubleshoot, and report anomalies to leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES through internships, projects or prior experience would be an
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
