Senior Associate, Design - Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver design packages across projects
• Plan and develop lab environments including layouts
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements
• Partner with principals and teams on our integrated method
• Produce technical design docs aligned with codes
• Support construction admin to maintain design intent

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in Life Sciences or lab design
• Strong lab planning, programming, design principles
• Knowledge of lab/regulatory requirements
• Experience producing and coordinating docs
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Suite, Excel
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
