Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end: identify opportunities, frame problems, design direction
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace: creator visibility, trust, relevance, and
• Design AI-driven discovery: conversational interfaces, personalization, recommendations, trust
• Connect product systems: align community, creator, content, engagement, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively with AI-assisted tools to test ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level
• Strong 0→1 product development experience
• Demonstrated understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, engagement
• Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or
