Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the technical design and execution of major products, systems, and engineering initiatives
• Design and evolve scalable systems across backend/frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud
• Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
• Lead architecture decisions and trade-offs on performance, scalability, reliability, cost, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and delivering production systems.
• Deep technical expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud
• Strong system design and software architecture for high-scale environments.
• Excellent coding skills; hands-on in engineering work.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership from architecture to production.
• Strong judgment evaluating trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, cost, reliability
