📋 Description

• Install, commission, test, operate, maintain, repair, and upgrade sorting equipment.
• Build strong customer relationships for satisfaction and long-term success.
• Maintain regular on-site presence to meet service SLAs.
• Train and support customer maintenance personnel for effective operation.
• Provide support for legacy sorting equipment and in-house repairs.
• Deliver technical phone support and field responses, including weekend on-call.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering qualification or trade with hands-on mechanical/electrical skills.
• 3+ years field service and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Australia (150–180 days/year).
• English fluency; other languages advantageous.
• Australian Driver's license and right to work in Australia.
