• Health & Safety lead in our Lelystad DC
• Translate strategy into practical actions on the floor
• Monitor procedures and drive improvements
• Investigate incidents and close follow-up actions
• Lead HS training and foster safety culture
• Collaborate with management and staff daily

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience in logistics/retail/ops
• Knowledge of Arbowetgeving and ISO 45001
• Strong communication; ability to persuade at all levels
• Independent, proactive and hands-on mindset
• Willing to travel to other DCs occasionally (flights and lodging arranged)
• Fluent Dutch and English
