Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Acquisition team, owning delivery, reliability and dev experience
• Ship production code and coach engineers, not line management
• Shape how the team uses AI tools and agents to speed delivery
• Collaborate with PM to translate business goals into technical scope
• Improve developer experience, CI/CD, observability and release practices
• Balance reliability, performance and cost across AWS services

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on TypeScript and end-to-end delivery ownership
• Strong AWS/serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CDK)
• Proven ability to co-lead with a PM and drive impact
• Excellent communication and ability to translate goals into tech plans
• Experience improving developer experience and AI-enabled development
