Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for a two-sided marketplace connecting creators with audiences.
• Shape design strategy balancing creator visibility with consumer relevance and trust.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences including personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, engagement, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas and bridge design to production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs aligned with goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products and complex multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience with autonomy at senior/lead level.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience from exploration to launch.
• Deep understanding of marketplace discovery: search, ranking, recommendations, engagement, trust
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping/development using Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong product/system thinking.
