📋 Description
- Lead Medicaid revenue optimization programs across multiple markets
- Develop multi-year program roadmaps aligned with growth and engagement
- Oversee SSI eligibility, ESRD transitions, member activation, engagement programs
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, financials, and member experience
- Monitor KPIs, address risks, barriers, and opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery from strategy to operations
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in Medicaid/healthcare ops or related field
- 5+ years' technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives
- Strong understanding of Medicaid financing, ROI, forecasting
- Financial/analytical capabilities to translate data into insights

- Annual salary: $115,200–$158,400 (location/skills-based)
