📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Madrid; 2-3 days in office weekly
• 12 month contract with full-time hours
• Day rate paid for the role
• Lead content design for the Spanish market across templates, elements, and media
• Direct a local creative team to deliver locally relevant content
• Partner with Country Manager, Content Strategy, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong design leadership experience, ideally international or regional remit
• Portfolio with culturally resonant design work and campaigns
• Experience collaborating with SEO, Growth, Marketing, Product
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to balance speed with quality and scale content using AI
• Experience managing freelancers/creators; inclusive leadership
