Application Security Architect (freelancer)

📋 Description

• Work with stakeholders to secure applications throughout lifecycle
• Steer external partners on security assessments
• Collaborate with dev teams to integrate security controls
• Define/enforce application security policies and standards
• Stay updated on threats and industry trends
• Provide guidance on secure coding and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering
• Fluent in written/spoken English
• Experience as Application Security Architect or similar
• Strong knowledge of secure coding, input validation, auth, access controls, encryption
• Experience with OWASP Top Ten, SANS CWE Top 25, SDLC
• Hands-on security testing: code review, vulnerability scanning, pen tests
