Associate Test Manager (AEM)

📋 Description

• QA leadership and strategy for AEM projects
• Lead QA engineers and define testing standards
• Oversee test gates across SDLC and release readiness
• Test planning, execution, and cross-team collaboration
• Validate AEM components, workflows, and integrations
• Ensure accessibility and UI/UX validation in testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related
• 8+ years QA experience, 3+ years in QA lead
• 3+ years testing AEM (Sites/Assets/Forms)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, SDLC/STLC
• Experience with distributed teams
• Hands-on with automation and tools
