Job Description
📋 Description
- Build production-grade C#/.NET services consuming authenticated REST and FHIR interfaces.
- Configure client connectivity to the FHIR Hub: registration, credentials, keys, scopes, sandbox
- Implement bulk data export with asynchronous jobs, manifest polling, NDJSON streaming, resumable
- Design data persistence with relational databases: staging, checkpoints, transactions, audit
- Map source API resources to target data models with client SMEs.
- Design JSON-to-file transformations for downstream systems (fixed-width, delimited, encoding
🎯 Requirements
- Strong hands-on C#/.NET experience building production services, not limited to web API development.
- Experience consuming third-party REST/JSON APIs with OAuth 2.0 or token-based authentication.
- Proven file-format engineering: fixed-width/delimited files and/or XML validated against XSD.
- Strong SQL and relational data-modeling, staging, transactions, and data reconciliation.
- Experience with batch/job orchestration (Windows Services, Quartz, Hangfire, etc.) and emphasis on
- Experience with secure file transfer (SFTP) and atomic file-delivery patterns.
