• Experience in strategy or management consulting for financial services
• Strong knowledge of retail banking payments and ecosystem
• Understanding of local payments and regulatory landscape
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking
• Ability to structure complex problems
• Excellent PowerPoint and senior-level storytelling
