Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end
• Shape the design strategy for a two-sided marketplace
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences
• Connect product systems and experiences
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively
• Collaborate with product and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level
• Strong 0→1 product development experience
• Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, engagement, trust
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, or similar)
