Inventory Officer (Lagos)

📋 Description

• End-to-end custody and tracking of POS terminals in the repair pipeline
• Log devices in IMS with correct status within 24 hours of arrival
• Identify/quarantine damaged devices; raise Discrepancy Report
• Push faulty devices to technicians; update IMS to In Repair
• Track terminal movement across stages: Assessment → In Repair → QA → Dispatch
• Enforce 24–72 hour SLA for receipt-to-assignment and QA clearance-to-dispatch

🎯 Requirements

• OND in related discipline
• At least 2-year experience in inventory operations
• MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
