Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for a two-sided marketplace.
• Define design direction, prototype, and ship high-quality experiences.
• Shape AI-driven discovery, personalization, and trust signals.
• Connect product systems for community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools and ensure feasibility with engineering.
• Collaborate with product and engineering; maintain design quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with shipped, multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, engagement, trust).
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping/tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or equivalents).
