Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design direction for a two-sided marketplace.
• Shape design strategy balancing creator visibility with consumer trust.
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively with AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.
• Drive design quality and consistency across the marketplace.
• Mentor other designers and operate effectively in ambiguity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior or lead level.
• Strong experience with 0→1 product development.
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or similar).
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong product/systems thinking.
