🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, education, organizational
• Professional designation such as CFP®, CFA®, CPA, ChFC®, CLU® or equivalent.
• Experience training functional skills in financial services disciplines (wealth management
• Proven ability to translate complex knowledge into impactful training and learning experiences.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and leaders to define competencies and performance expectations.
• Background in designing/delivering learning that links technical expertise to workplace performance.
