Financial Accountant

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations using AI features
• Drive automation in AP/AR cycles for invoices/payments
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Coordinate reporting of subsidiaries and perform consolidation
• Analyze data and provide insights to management
• Maintain/improve accounting policies, processes, internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related
• At least 2 years in a Big4 audit firm
• Knowledge of accounting principles (HGB & IFRS or US-GAAP) and financial statements
• Continuous improvement mindset; ability to enhance processes
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience
