• Lead policy/methodology for GMP equalisation
• Document governance across actuarial approaches
• Specify and sign off GMP equalisation developments
• Ensure compliance with legislation, case law and guidance
• Oversee models per end-user computing standards
• Collaborate with New Business PRT and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries
• Extensive DB pension scheme knowledge
• Experience advising on GMP Equalisation
• Strong understanding of legal/regulatory environment
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects
• Strong judgment and stakeholder influence
