AI Engineer

📋 Description

• You will own AI capabilities end-to-end: data/context to model, agent orchestration, generative UI.
• Build agent loops, integration layer (via MCP) to call backend systems and APIs.
• Render model output into live, streaming UI using generative-UI protocols.
• Ground models in real data: retrieval, embeddings, feedback loops.
• Treat evaluations as a first-class system with measurable improvements.
• Move capabilities from concept to production features with guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped full-stack apps to production; end-to-end ownership from frontend to backend.
• 5+ years shipping production software; 2+ years building with LLMs in production.
• Hands-on with UI protocols (A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI) and generative/agent-driven UI.
• Proficient in MCP Python and TypeScript/Node + React; async, streaming, observability.
• Fluent in retrieval/embeddings and SQL.
• Nicer-to-have: Fine-tuning/distillation; ecommerce/marketplace systems experience.
