Head of Compliance

📋 Description

• Evaluate and mature the compliance program into a scalable operating model.
• Develop auditable SOPs translating regulations into day-to-day practices.
• Partner with Product/Operations to define controls before launches.
• Own daily compliance operations and ensure policy/SLA adherence.
• Manage transaction monitoring, including alert review and disposition.
• Collaborate across Risk/Product/Operations/Compliance on monitoring and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building/scaling a compliance program in crypto/fintech.
• Manage compliance operations at scale with complex onboarding (integrators/partners).
• Strong AML, KYC, KYB expertise.
• Direct experience with transaction monitoring, investigations, and SARs.
• Understanding of digital assets and crypto-native compliance risks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical SOPs.
