Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Finance Manager / FP&A Lead role across US and UK operations.
• Hands-on role with FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, and month/quarter-end close.
• Collaborate with US and UK Controllers and biotech group leadership.
• Ensure accurate, timely, high-quality financial reporting and close processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Biotech or life sciences experience is preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Significant experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or related areas.
• Strong biotech or life sciences industry experience.
• US GAAP knowledge; familiarity with UK GAAP.
• Experience with US/SEC reporting and multi-entity environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
