📋 Description

• Design and develop technology solutions that automate and enhance Compliance processes.
• Build AI-powered tools to improve compliance monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and internal applications supporting Compliance systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement AI, workflow automation, and RegTech solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and analytics that support compliance decision-making and regulatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled compliance solutions.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk assessment, monitoring, and human oversight.
• Proficiency with building integrations and APIs for enterprise systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy in regulatory contexts.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, and governance workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Information Security teams.
