Head of Engineer - Web3/Crypto

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of blockchain-enabled capabilities; mentor and coordinate
• Own technical direction across architecture, development, testing, deployment and improvement.
• Develop scalable, reliable applications and databases.
• Design/build blockchain apps using Solidity, JavaScript, and Web3 libraries.
• Build secure systems for blockchain data and digital asset transactions.
• Research and test emerging blockchain technologies and applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years engineering/tech management; leading development teams.
• ≥2 years blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum or similar.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain apps, protocols, Web3.js.
• Experience deploying blockchain apps and smart contracts.
• Proficient in frontend/backend languages: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, jQuery, C#, Java or Python.
